Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of RentalSurely (“the Service”), operations software for equipment rental companies, available at rentalsurely.com and through the RentalSurely mobile app. The Service is operated by LENGVIN, MB (“we”, “us”), registered in Lithuania. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
RentalSurely provides tools for managing rental operations: catalogue and asset tracking, bookings, warehouse workflows, inspections, invoicing, customer store pages and related features. Features may evolve; we may add, change or retire functionality, and will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what you rely on.
2. Accounts and responsibility
You register a company account and invite your own users. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential, for the actions of the users you invite, and for the accuracy of the data you enter. You must be authorised to act for the company you register.
3. Your data
Everything you put into the Service — your catalogue, customers, bookings, documents, photos — remains yours. We process it only to provide the Service (see the Privacy Policy). You can request an export of your data at any time, and deletion of your account and its data when you leave.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t use the Service to break the law, to store content you have no right to store, to probe or disrupt the Service or other tenants, or to send unsolicited bulk messages. We may suspend accounts that put the Service or other customers at risk, and will tell you when we do.
5. Fees
Where a paid plan applies, prices, billing period and trial terms are shown before you subscribe. Fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated. We give at least 30 days’ notice of price changes, taking effect at your next billing period.
6. Availability and support
We aim for the Service to be available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical. Support is provided by email at info@rentalsurely.com.
7. Liability
The Service supports your rental operations but does not replace your own judgement or your contracts with your customers. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts for material breach of these terms after notice with a reasonable chance to remedy, or immediately for serious abuse. After termination we retain your data for 30 days for retrieval, then delete it, except where law requires longer retention.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the Service or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania; disputes go to the competent courts of Lithuania.
